Privacy
CynerGreen will not sell, rent, lend, trade, barter, or give your personal information to anyone. Your shipping address will be provided to either the US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex Ground.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a full refund, less shipping costs, for any unused items returned within 15 days of purchase. Once an item has been used, it is no longer considered new.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are normally shipped within 3 business days. We will make every effort to keep our products in stock, but, there may be times when our products are on backorder. We will ship your entire order without the backordered item, unless otherwise requested. You will be notified that the item is on backorder and you will not be charged.
We currently will only ship orders within the United States and all orders will be shipped via the USPS unless otherwise specified. To make special arrangements for expedited shipping, please contact us by telephone, by email, or through our Contact Us form on our website.
Shipping and Handling Fees are calculated at the time of your purchase and are based on weight and packaging. We work tirelessly to minimize packaging for all of our products to help reduce our footprint.
Payment
All Internet orders and wholesale, retail orders must be paid for by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Paypal.
Sales Tax
All Arkansas residents are subject to of 8.25% sales tax.
Product Care
Water Bottles: For every day cleaning, wash your bottle with waarm soapy water and let air dry with the cap off. When more extensive cleaning is require, hand-wash with diluted vinegar or baking soda. CynerGreen water bottles are dishwasher safe however we don't recommend this type of washing. It will eventually remove the logo and it's not entirely sanitary to do so.
DO NOT FREEZE. DO NOT MICROWAVE.
The intended use of a CynerGreen water bottle is for water. We are not responsible for other beverages placed into the bottle that might cause it damage.
We are not responsible for dropped or used water bottles.
