Danelle spends her days imagining what’s next—then bringing it to life. With more than 30 years of experience in creative direction, brand strategy, and boutique real estate development, she leads CynerGreen’s design-forward approach with energy, precision, and a deep passion for place.
​
Whether it's a luxury resort, a modern townhome community, or a locally inspired retail concept, Danelle is known for her ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into thoughtful spaces that deliver long-term value. Her signature lies in weaving together vision, strategy, and aesthetic integrity—resulting in placemaking projects that resonate with both the community and the marketplace.

Her driving force? Creating beautiful, purpose-driven places that leave a lasting legacy. At her core, she’s a builder of moments, brands, and communities. She values most working alongside her husband Joe, daughter Riley, cheered on by their four (very loved) pups and one very adorable grand-pup.
A proud graduate of Wade College with a degree in Marketing and Design, Danelle was recently named one of Orlando Business Journal’s 2025 “People to Know in Multi-Family Development.”

Joe Hoffer thrives on solving complex problems—and it's that same drive that fuels every CynerGreen project from the ground up. With a background that spans finance, procurement, construction, and real estate, Joe serves as the engine behind CynerGreen’s operational strategy, site execution, and investor relations.
​
A former Florida appraiser and licensed real estate agent, Joe brings hands-on expertise in land acquisition, budgeting, and development management. His dual ability to manage numbers and navigate construction logistics makes him an indispensable leader across the CynerGreen portfolio.
​
Joe holds a Master’s degree in Recreation and Hospitality Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Longwood University. When he’s not immersed in site plans or spreadsheets, you’ll find him enjoying time with his family, their five rescue dogs, and a great film with a powerful storyline. A passionate advocate for animal welfare, Joe personally transports and saves more than 20 dogs each year from high-risk shelters.

Riley Hoffer brings energy, intuition, and a sharp business mind to every project she touches. A 2020 graduate of Rollins College with a degree in Business Management, Riley leads CynerGreen’s real estate sales strategy with a natural ease that reflects her deep roots in entrepreneurship and real estate development.

Recognized early in her career by the U.S. Green Building Council as a national youth award winner, Riley has continued to distinguish herself through her exceptional communication skills, organizational insight, and ability to connect authentically with buyers and stakeholders alike. Today, she is a multi-million dollar producing REALTOR® specializing in Mount Dora and Eustis, proudly representing all CynerGreen Development real estate offerings.

A rising industry leader, Riley was named a 2025 “35 Under 35” honoree by Orlando Real Producers Magazine. Beyond real estate, she’s passionate about baking, salsa dancing, and catching Broadway shows in New York. Most days, you’ll also find her with her beloved staffie, PorkChop, close by—adding just the right dose of joy to the workday.
