CynerGreen announces Huddle: Cool Eateries and Smart Homes spanning 10 acres in Lake County.

CynerGreen Development is proud to announce the addition of its' newest modern neighborhood design called Huddle: Cool Eateries and Smart Homes. The first HUDDLE development will be located in the Golden Triangle area of central Florida and feature thirty smart equipped townhomes in a private gated setting and six regional eateries that front the development.

Offering two floor plans with a modern design and countless upgrade options including a personal elevator, the homes will range from 2200 square feet to over 2600 square feet with two car garages, outdoor entertaining space, walking trail, furry friend space and a community boardwalk with activity area. Most exciting is the collection of restaurants featured within a few minutes walk of the homes. It's expected that CynerGreen will announce the lineup by last quarter, 2024.
