Local Collaboration at the Core
CynerGreen made a concerted effort to prioritize local talent and contractors throughout the project. Jesse Gallimore of James & Co. Builders, a respected Lake County-based contractor, is leading the site development and construction of the commercial shell buildings.
“We’re proud to be building in our own backyard,” said Gallimore. “This isn’t just another job—it’s a project that reflects who we are as a community and the pride we take in creating something lasting.”
The architectural vision is led by Jeff Powell of Powell Architecture, a Lake County-based architect known for his thoughtful integration of space and form. Powell collaborated closely with Hoffer to bring forward a clean, approachable design that supports both modern living and small-town warmth.
Smart, Stylish, and Ready to Sell
Each of the 48 townhomes will include smart home features, high-efficiency design, and the option for private screened-in plunge pools—all set within a neighborhood that celebrates back porches, golf carts, and community interaction.
Pre-sales for residential units will begin in Fall 2025, with restaurant tenant announcements coming this summer. Early interest is already growing, particularly from buyers relocating from the Northeast seeking lifestyle-driven neighborhoods.
